Step 1 – Schedule Your First Session

What to expect from your first session:

At home, parks beaches your first session we’ll review with you your health and fitness history and goals gathering information necessary to develop a personalized program for you that will address and improve your health through all four recognized components to fitness:

  • Muscular Strength
  • Cardio-respiratory Endurance
  • Flexibility
  • Body Composition
  • basic functional movement

With a progressive approach to fitness training, we assess and reassess to scientifically prove results. It works every time! Come prepared with your fitness questions and goals and get ready for an informative and results driven workout.

Step 2 – 

Services may be purchased individually or as a package for greater savings.

Standard Packages are available in bi weekly monthly, or 3 months packages that conveniently combine our professional services at a great rate.
